As an award winning solo wedding DJ operator, I offer a personalised and customised service. I guarantee a successful and memorable event. Unlike other suppliers, whose business model focuses on securing multiple gigs per week, I only accept one or two events weekly. Normally I would never take two back-to-back all-day weddings. I need to ensure that all my efforts are dedicated to providing an exceptional quality service to each client. On average, at a wedding, I’ll work for 12+ hours on the day itself and walk over 35,000 steps. It’s no wonder I don’t have the energy to perform at the same level the following day. While other DJ companies need to offer discounts to attract more customers, MK Parties’ premium services come at a fair price that reflects the level of service and attention to detail provided.
But other companies offer discounts?
MK Parties do not offer discounts. January sales and Black Friday are a tactic to get rid of old stock. I regularly turn away over 30 couples per year as I’m already booked at full price so why would I offer discounts?
Instead of offering low prices, I focus on delivering bespoke services that cater to the unique requirements of each event. I don’t deal with other extras like dancefloor rental, photobooths, candy carts, or love letters. This allows me to excel in what it I do best, which is to provide exceptional award-winning DJ services for weddings and other events.
Why are there no prices on your website?
MK Parties does not show prices on the website because every event is unique, and the price varies depending on your individual requirements. Prices for MK Parties’ services vary depending on factors such as supply and demand, travel distance and time, suitable equipment to match the venue and number of guests, and the duration of the event. As with flights and holidays, prices are higher on Saturdays in summer, and lower midweek and out of season.

Ultimately it is crucial to speak with all my clients to gain a better understanding of exactly what they need. A further benefit is that this ensures we all get along. I’m happy to provide a rough estimate to rule out clients based on their budget. However, it is crucial to have a conversation to provide a personalised quote.
