Firstly, music has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. My earliest recollections are of my mother playing the radio in our house, a tradition she continues to this day. It’s no surprise then that my love of music has led me down the path of becoming a DJ.
My journey began in my teens, as an indie DJ playing 12″ singles in the 80s. My love of music never left me and I have always loved singing, dancing and seeing live music events.
Finally, music was there for me when I needed a change of career. Subsequently I perfected my DJ and hosting skills to become a high-end wedding DJ and Master of Ceremonies. Looking back, I never would have thought that my love of music would take me on this incredible journey.

As a wedding DJ, I bring a blend of expertise and passion to each event. Before pursuing music full-time, I worked as an industrial chemist, travelling across the UK, Europe and the US to present at major conferences. My sales, marketing, and customer training experience likewise help me to excel as a wedding DJ.
Founding MK Parties
In 2010, I founded MK Parties after research in the pharmaceutical industry declined in the UK. Since then, I have dedicated my career to providing exceptional wedding music services. Initially, my DJ skills were gained by performing at parties, pubs, and clubs. I worked independently and for agencies and acquired gained a critical insight into the wedding industry.

Before moving into the luxury wedding market the rest of my performance needed a marked improvement. Indeed, I recognised the need for specialist training to improve beyond the average wedding DJ. After all, who wants average? Seeking out specialised tuition from global industry experts, has eventually resulted in wedding services that stand out from the competition. I am totally dedicated to creating a unique and unforgettable atmosphere for every client and their guests.
